Rich Cheeseman, Valuation Surveyor

Rich graduated from the University of Kent in 2013, attaining a 2:1 BA Hons in Business Studies. This included a year in industry which was spent working for Lloyds Banking Group in Brighton.

After graduation he joined a world-leading firm that specialises in statistical analysis and data modelling, with the aim of predicting the outcomes of professional football matches. After nine years there, culminating in a role as a department head, he joined Marriott & Co for a new challenge.

He now works as a Valuation Surveyor, assisting in the creation of valuation reports, as well as gaining experience on the disposal side of the business. He is working towards becoming a Chartered Valuation Surveyor.

In his spare time he enjoys following football, listening to music and spending time with his partner and two young sons.
