Iain Steele FRICS, Property Consultant

Iain is a Chartered Surveyor and has been involved in the commercial property market in London and the Home Counties for around 20 years. In 1999, after 7 years in the central London office market he formed Park Steele. He now advises clients of all sizes in various aspects of commercial property including disposals, acquisitions, rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations. Iain spends all his spare time outdoors with his sons. He enjoys yearly skiing holidays and trips to his cottage in Wales.
